Get ready for an incredible journey as you climb Skyang Kangri, popularly known as “Staircase Peak,” to its lofty heights. A gorgeous portion of the renowned Karakoram Range, this magnificent mountain rises as a prominent summit within the Baltoro Muztagh subrange. Skyang Kangri, the second-highest mountain on Earth, is tucked away on the Pakistan-China border, about 7 kilometres (4.3 miles) to the northeast.

The name “Staircase Peak” honours the mountain’s remarkable East Ridge, a marvel of nature with five distinct steps that resemble a massive staircase and entice climbers to scale its towering heights.

With its breathtaking setting and distinctive geological formations, Skyang Kangri offers an unmatched mountaineering adventure. You will be travelling among some of the most amazing peaks in the world as you begin your difficult adventure.     b. A Nepalese private sherpa, or personal guide/porter, will accompany you on your journey, carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of personal gear, meltwater, cook, and be there for you at all times.
    c. Personal equipment transportation service: Sherpas transport up to 10 kg (22 lbs) of personal items between camps and up and down the mountain.
